Add "Form" type to Filters list on ArcGIS Online Content pages

When viewing content in ArcGIS Online, it would be handy if there was a Form category in the filter list to only show Survey123 forms instead of all Apps. 

Currently, you can reduce the content list by Apps, which includes Survey123 forms, but there is no Forms sub-category to eliminate other App types.
