Add ability to rotate picture attachments in ArcGIS

I have noticed that if pictures are taken holding my phone in portrait position the picture is saved as an attachment 90 degrees sideways.  I have been working around this by remembering to hold my phone in landscape position when capturing a photo.  I would like the ability to manually rotate the picture attachment as needed in ArcMap or even in ArcGIS Online and have it save the picture attachment that way in the geodatabase or save it with the hosted feature layer.

As we gain more and more users that are creating these photo attachments it will be necessary because it just doesn't look good if when you go to view the attachments in a map & they open sideways.
