The layer of the dams in the USA (including Puerto Rico) has a gross error that I pointed before to the originators (created by the US Army Corps of Engineers) and is an embarrassment to ESRI and the users of the data. The location of one of the dams is shown in the open Caribbean sea near the south coast of the island and south of the city of Ponce. The ocean there is more than 500 feet deep. I suggest ESRI should communicate with the COE to have this fixed and in the mean time take the layer off the available records. Actually, ESRI could fix the layer by properly locating the reservoir from any other data base, since the COE takes years to fix anything.
