How to create web application that will list select Living Atlas layers (some Feature, some Imagery, some Tile), allow user to click on State, zoom in, click on another polygon, zoom in, then clip those specific Living Atlas layers to a user-selected specific polygon and save to local computer as Geodatabase?
Extract Data tool does not work, as not all layers are set up as extractable.
I wrote code in Desktop to extract these layers by creating image server first then Extract by Mask. Client wants all possible Online. New to online code development. All layers are "public".
Example code will be much appreciated. Tried searching extensively and getting very confused. Thank you!!
