Issues of "My Hosted Data" page on ArcGIS for Developers site

It seems that the new "My Hosted Data" page on ArcGIS for Developers site has several issues.
1: Nothing happens when I click "Update Service" button.
2: If I have really long tag, the page layout will be distorted.
3: Unable to update service definition if my service name contains non-English characters.
If my service name contains non-English characters, the following error message will be prompted.
However, I can edit the same service from ArcGIS Online "My contents" page. There is a inconsistency between ArcGIS for Developers page behavior and ArcGIS Online page behavior.
Is there any workaround to those issues above?
