Our program recently acquired ArcGIS Notebook server but we can't transfer one our key scripting processes to it that uses ArcPy Search/Update Cursors. It appears a token is needed for every time the cursor access the data. In Jupyter Notebooks we only had to authenticate the initial data connection. This has been identified as a bug (#BUG-000140078) by Esri Support. Please support the cursor functionality in Esri Notebooks.

In the interim, you can use the Alternate suggestion.  Also there is a Subscribe button on the top right of the error's page so that you will get notifications as to any changes in the status of the issue

Hi @SFM_WillBrewer , BUG-000140078 is now marked as non_repro as we cannot reproduce this with Notebook in AGOL or ArcGIS Enterprise. Please try it out again with Notebooks in AGOL to see if this works for your use case.
