Proublems with Turns

Good day for eveone.

I have problem with turns.

I have maps of roads of my city.

I create network dataset.

I started to make update of roads. I digitized new roads and some of them i split.

Turns which was staying on the roads, which i splt now doesn't working.

Although i rebuild network and don't change geometry of the roads.
Who can say me what is the problem, and how how can i solve this proublem ?

Are you sure they are split ? just try again by selecting them individually to see that they are split.
If rebuild is not working, try creating a new network or restart arcgis.
if not, try to select the new additions alongs with the lines that they intersect and use the planarize tool.
