Network Analyst - Service Area results do not match Route results

I have created a service area with breaks of 211,200 feet, 422,400 feet and 633,600 feet (this equates to 40, 80 and 120 miles).  When the service area results are verified with a solved route, the results do not match.  The route I have solved is 131 miles but it is falling within the 120 mile service area.  I have attached screen shots.

What software are you using? ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, online services? What network dataset are you using?

When you solve the route and the service area, do you use the same costs/restrictions, i.e. the same travel mode?

If everything is the same, can you do the service area with the "detailed" option and then compare results?

Turn on Network layer, Line Barrier, point Barriers.

Check is there any barriers are placed. Check the network restrictions.
