ArcGIS Pro 2.5: How to connect “service area” with a particular network?
I couldn’t figure out at which step the “service area” is linked with a particular network before performing “run” or “solve”

When you create the network analysis layer, Pro will default to use the network data source of the active portal. You can change this before you create a network analysis layer, by going to "Set Data Network Datasource"
Here, you can select the network you'd like to use or browse to one that isn't loaded within Pro
