Do we use the ArcGIS Server Advanced authorization code?

We see it is included with the ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6 release and our small government ELA is current.

Hi Bill - ArcGIS Monitor and ArcGIS GeoEvent Server are components that require additional licensing and are not part of the core ArcGIS Enterprise product. You will see them there under ArcGIS Enterprise on MyEsri, but will not be able to authorize them until you procure the necessary licensing.

Hi Bill - ArcGIS Monitor is a separate, standalone product with its own pricing and licensing. MyEsri's organizational structure allows you to see all capabilities of ArcGIS Enterprise (likewise with ArcGIS Desktop, etc.). ArcGIS Monitor is a capability of ArcGIS Enterprise, but it is not enabled without a license. Please connect with your Esri Account Manager to further discuss ArcGIS Monitor licensing and pricing to enable this capability for your organization.

We tried using the ArcGIS Server Advanced authorization and it went ahead into the post installation dialog.

That dialog would not let us get past the Mongo Path: value

It seems to be a catch-22 where it wants us to point to something that does not exist.

We then manually created the needed folder path but it still wants to see a mongod.exe file.

We're opening a support case for assistance.

Hi Bill - MyEsri would not prevent you from downloading ArcGIS Monitor, but you will require an ArcGIS Monitor specific license/authorization file for it to work. Please connect with your Esri Account Manager to further discuss ArcGIS Monitor licensing and pricing to enable this capability for your organization.

They are included with 10.6, is it just waiting for the codes to be uploaded from customer service?

I don't see the GeoEvent server authorization either.

We are working with our customer support staff too.

Thank you for the detailed update Garrett.

If they are not included with "Enterprise" like Portal is, will the "What's Included" enterprise documentation be changed to include your details to prevent further confusion?
