I work for government and I will need to use an RFP to purchase monitoring software for ArcGIS Enterprise. It is a requirement of our Purchasing Act that I must follow. We do have an enterprise license agreement (ELA) for Esri software but ArcGIS Monitor is not included in our ELA. Has anyone written a vendor neutral description of monitoring software for ArcGIS Enterprise? If yes, can you share a copy with me?
