Monitor 2025.0 failed to retrieve license information

I upgraded to ArcGIS Monitor 2025.0 from 2024.1.1 which went well but now I get an error message saying "Failed to retrieve license information". I downloaded a 2025.0 license from My Esri and the license authorized without error. I tried stopping and starting the ArcGIS Monitor Server service and re-authorized the license file but I am still getting the error.

Anyone else getting this error after upgrading?

Yes unfortuenlty I received the same error.

It's an easy fix until Esri patches the installer.
Navigate to the (C:\Program Files\ESRI) on the ArcGIS Monitor 2025.0 server. The license file is not created under the License25.0 folder, but rather under the old License24.0 folder. Renaming that folder to License25.0 fixed it, and AGM 2025.0 will now find the license file.
It should look like this (C:\Program Files\ESRI\License25.0)

I'm getting this error but mine is on a fresh install of the software.

I saw this behavior as well, must be an installer issue. New file was in a 2024 directory.

Were you able to get it to work after implementing the fix?

Yes, stop the service, copy the file to the 2025 directory and then start the service again. Check licensing page in Administration tab to confirm.

Thank you! That fixed the problem.
