Hey everyone -
I recently upgraded to Monitor 2025.0.1 from 2023.3.1, and I’ve been running into an issue where the system logs me out every 30 minutes, even if I’m actively using it.
It’s been frustrating, especially when I’m in the middle of building a new dashboard or dataview and lose any progress I've made.
Is this typical behavior in 2025, or is there a setting or timeout configuration I can adjust to prevent it from happening?

Hi @DerekLaw - I found that it's only occurring on my machine and no one else's, so not a Monitor issue.

This is definitely not typical behavior in ArcGIS Monitor. There is no timeout configuration for remaining logged in the Monitor web app.
Can you try restarting the AM Server service? Maybe even reboot the machine?

Thank you for the response. I've restarted services, but need to put in a request to our enterprise team for the server to be restarted, so I won't know if that makes a difference until the 28th.
I will update this with the results next week.
