HI
I'm trying to hook up an ArcGIS Monitor Agent on a machine with ArcGIS Enterprise in the Cloud and via the Internet connect it to my ArcGIS Monitor 2023 instance on Premise.
In front of ArcGIS Monitor I configured a Reverse Proxy with IIS which accepts calls in 443 and forwards them to 30080 on ArcGIS Monitor.
the website looks fine, but the agent does not want to connect.

are there any best practices for Reverse Proxy?
will a specific WebAdaptor for ArcGIS Monitor have evolved?

Thank you
Virgilio

Hi Virgilio,

Can you share the error you are getting and any related log entries?

To your questions, it appears you have configured the reverse proxy successfully if the website is loading without error. ArcGIS Web Adaptor is not currently supported for use with Monitor but this is something that is being considered for a future release.

Virgilio,

You can find all Monitor logs (for both Agent and Server) under Administration > Logs in the Monitor web application.
