May we have an estimate of when ArcGIS Monitor 10.9.1 will be released?

I have watched some of the videos about ArcGIS Monitor 10.9.1, and it seems to have a lot of features worth waiting for.  Consequently I have been holding off implementing ArcGIS Monitor, if it is imminent then I will wait a bit longer!

There won't be a release of ArcGIS Monitor 10.9.x. We're working on the next generation release of ArcGIS Monitor - which is a completely new product, rebuilt from the ground up. It has a new architecture and internal framework.

We will be releasing an early adopter alpha release very soon. We're targeting a full release in Q3/Q4 timeframe.

I'm not seeing alpha or beta testing opportunities listed at earlyadopter.esri.com. Will this testing cycle be managed on a different platform? How might someone go about participating?
