How to Register ArcGIS Server with URL

How can ArcGIS Server be registered using a web adaptor URL? It looks like in Monitor 2023, you could specify the URL used (https://doc.arcgis.com/en/monitor/2023.3/get-started/windows/register-arcgis-server.htm), but in 2024, that ability no longer exists (https://doc.arcgis.com/en/monitor/2024.0/get-started/windows/register-arcgis-server.htm).

This is expected because in ArcGIS Monitor 2024, we now require you to install AM Agent on the ArcGIS Server host. The AM Agent communicates locally with the GIS Server.
