How to Find out a Host High CPU Utilization Root Cause in ArcGIS Monitor

Is there any way to find a Host High CPU Utilization Root Cause in ArcGIS Monitor beside displaying it? I am able to get a Host cpu_utilized like this

and  process_cpu_utilized:arcsoc.exe like this

Now my questions Are:

1- Is there any way to find out what are causing the High CPU Utilization?

2- How Can I show both process_cpu_utilized:arcsoc.exe and cpu_utilized in one Stacked Bar( or whatever best type of bar we can use here ) to see what is the role of ArcSocs on this high CPU utilization?
