Hello,

You can use very similar data expressions for all of these analysis elements. See the example below, which shows how to configure a data expression to show Total Portal Items...

  • First, I'm targeting the Portal component with the name "myPortalComponent".
  • Second, I'm targeting metrics related to the Portal component whose identifier is "items_total"
  • Third, I'm targeting the metrics data related to the metric targeted above. Since we want the most recent data available, I am requesting metrics data rows that were collected in the past 10 minutes.

To create the other elements shown in your screenshot, simply swap out "items_total" with the desired metric in the second step.

@GeoJosh I am struggling with the name is "myPortalComponent". I don't get any results if I use that and don't see any value under name that seems like it would work. No matter what I am using my numbers don't match what portal is showing.

@Craig_Lunde,

"myPortalComponent" is a placeholder; you should replace this with the name of your Portal for ArcGIS component. To see the name of your Portal for ArcGIS component, click the Monitoring tab and filter by "Portal for ArcGIS".

If this still doesn't seem to be working, please create a new thread on the community with screenshots of what you are seeing and I can take a look.
