Running ArcMonitor 2024.0 on a Windows Server: It is working perfectly for all my Windows hosts and services

We recently stood up a Linux host running Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS and installed ArcGIS Notebook Server 11.1 . The Notebook Server has been Federated with our Development environment. The Development environment is successfully monitored by ArcMonitor.    I installed the Arcmonitor Deb agent onto the Notebook Server host machine and registered it with Arcmonitor. (the notebook server is new to our system, never registered to ArcMonitor before)

ISSUE

I can see the ubuntu host listed under the host tab in ArcMonitor. It shows the Ip address, OS versions, agent, but it doesn't have any of the metrics information. It is all blank.  Under the Discovered Components menu, If I try to register the host it throws an error:  Error: Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:6443

any ideas?

Hey @Dan_Brumm

Would it be possible to test with a temporarily disabled firewall? It appears that it may be a port issue, or other firewall issue.
