ArcSoc Optimizer - TypeError: the JSON object must be str, bytes or bytearray, not NoneType

Hi,

I'm using 30 days and inputted all the required information.  But when I hit test.  I get the following error:  TypeError: the JSON object must be str, bytes or bytearray, not NoneType.

I don't know what this means.  Any help on this would be great.
