Hi,

We have installed new version of Monitor and have added some components however I am unable to locate an option to add license manager to monitor License usage. Also does this version not come with an API that can exposed and consumed by other applications?

Desktop and License usage reporting and information will be very useful for us. Is there any option in the new version or plans to include such an extension in this version.

You can authorize the lice using Software authorization wizard from your system. 

Authorize ArcGIS Monitor Server

After authorization, you would be able to see your license under this page

I am not certain if the latest version comes with ArcGIS Monitor.

Monitoring license usage is not currently available in ArcGIS Monitor 2023.0. We are currently gathering requirements to enable this feature.

There is a Monitor REST API, but it is not documented and therefore not really available yet. We have plans to document the API in a future release.
