Curious if anyone is integrating AGM with ServiceNow and what are your best practices?

We have SN and beginning to implement AGM; so was looking to see if the user community had implemented the integration either as a Spoke or API workflow and was looking for feedback on ROI and their best managment practice in setting up the integration for IT CIs. Do you know of any customers I should reach out to?
Hi Thomas, sorry, I don't know. I think the main challenge will not be building integration pipe, but what specific information will be extracted from ArcGIS Monitor. For example, I can envision ArcGIS Monitor can provide input into "candidate" incidents that a person would approve and provide specifics regarding the action to be taken. But I would cation against fully automating incident for each unfiltered alert as this would result in potentially high and duplicate number of "incidents" with no clear action item.
@AndrewSakowicz We use ServiceNow and have integrated a monitoring tool called Solar Winds to generate ServiceNow incidents when a CPU, Memory or disk space meets thresholds that we set. These incidents notify the appropriate System Admin to take action. It would be nice if we could do this with Monitor.
