I have recently installed ArcGIS Monitor 2024.1 on Linux, but I am encountering the same issues I faced with the Enterprise version 11.4. Despite this being a fresh installation and not an upgrade, I am still experiencing the same problems.

Yes - I am seeing the same behavior with an upgraded 11.3 > 11.4 upgraded relational datastore:

I am also seeing a different mal behavior when trying to register a new Object Store type data store. This data store server previously contained a tile cache store, but I completely uninstalled data store and then re-installed data store as an Object Store at 11.4:

Same; I have the "Invalid Version 11.4.0.54309" error when trying to connect to Enterprise 11.4 Datastore, which has been upgraded at point releases since about 10.9 or so.

Apologies for this issue. The Monitor team is working on a patch to resolve this. I will post an update when we have news to share. Thanks for your patience.

Yes - we are seeing the same error trying to register both our 11.3 DataStore (upgraded) and our 11.4 DataStore (upgraded). Looking forward to a fix. Thanks

you know I didn't even pay attention to what you're telling me!! I hope I remember to do a check, do you happen to understand which KB you think may have had an impact?

Hi @DerekLaw and @EsriEvan,

Did you have an update from the monitor team regarding the patch to fix this issue? Also, is there an Esri BUG number that I can reference for support?

Hi @Esri_GIS,

Did you have an update from the monitor team regarding the patch to fix this issue?

The Monitor Dev team is working on the Monitor 2024.1.1 patch and we expect it to be available sometime in March. As I mentioned in my earlier in this thread, I will post an update on its release when I am ready to share.

Also, is there an Esri BUG number that I can reference for support?

The Monitor 2024.1.1 patch will address several bugs (this is why it's taking some time to release). Please contact Tech Support and submit your issue, they will link it to the appropriate bug after reviewing it.

Hope this helps,
