Different number of samples for different alert types in ArcGIS Monitor 2023

This enhancement request is about support for the ability to differentiate the used number of samples to generate Info, Warning and Critical Alerts.  

It is very good to be able to define a number of samples a certain metric must be above a threshold before an alert is opened and a notification is sent. Especially if some values peak periodically above the warning threshold and go back to normal immediatly after. This reduces the number of "false alarms". 

Nonetheless it is very important that if a metric goes up a certain value (Critical), an alert must be raised immediately and a notification must be sent.  Therefore it would be very benefitial to be able to define different number of samples for the different types of alerts.
