In ArcGIS Monitor when you register a Portal.
There can be an analysis type or a new feature which can generate a mind map of the items available on the portal. This will enhance the visual understanding of the connections each item have on the portal and a clarity for the admins and stakeholders to see where each item is being utilized for example in which maps, Apps and so on.
Use case:
With almost any Portal there comes a time when you have dozens of items, created over time by different people, and you may be looking to perform a bit of a clean-up.
The problem now arises that you do not know if the Web Map made by a colleague, who since left the organisation, can be deleted or if it is being used by any other items? You might find that deleting an insignificant-looking item brings your organisation’s most-used application down. And if you are have dozens or hundreds of items, it can be very difficult to make sense of which items relate to others.
Solution : The ArcGIS Monitor can provide a mindmap of the items and can build up a relation diagram. This would definitely enhance the understanding of the overall portal and items across it.

Hi @GISSupport_MUAR,
We are actually working on enabling this for the next ArcGIS Monitor 2025.1 release.
We will support component relationship graphs that will display relationships between different registered components in ArcGIS Monitor.
If you have specific use cases or requirements, please let us know.
Hope this helps,
