What to expect:
In the fifth user group meeting, two technical consultants who work in Esri Professional Services (PS) will discuss their experiences using ArcGIS Monitor and highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) for managing and optimizing enterprise GIS deployments.
Attendees should have a solid foundation in ArcGIS Enterprise and working knowledge of ArcGIS Monitor.

Erin Richmond, Senior Technical Consultant, Esri PS
Erin specializes in enterprise GIS and observability solutions. With expertise in ArcGIS Monitor, she works on strategic implementations that enhance system performance, reliability, and governance across complex environments. She has guided numerous organizations through Monitor installations, dashboard creation, and alerting strategies, helping teams proactively manage infrastructure and align monitoring practices with operational goals.
Emily Schaefer, Technical Consultant, Esri PS
Emily focuses on ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Monitor implementations. She works with customers to install, upgrade, and configure both products. Her interests lie in understanding system infrastructure and evaluating system performance for which ArcGIS Monitor is a valuable tool.
