Maritime SOE - 10.6.X - adding the SOE fails

I am unable to get past step 9 (https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/documentation/install/mapping-charting-solution/latest/configuring-...) while configuring maritime server. After adding the SOE, I receive a pop up loading bar which hangs indefinitely. I am experiencing this issue across two environments (10.6 and 10.6.1). Thoughts?

Hi Angus,

Just need to know on which browser you are trying add ? Please open the server manager in google chrome and try to add the SOE. it worked for me. (seems like IE has compatibility issues).
