Is there something special about the ArcGIS Renderer and the way it creates Game Objects at runtime?

I am trying to use the .FindObjectOfType<MeshFilter> to find the objects generated at runtime by the ArcGIS Renderer and it is returning 0. When I add a default cube to the scene and run the same command it finds the cube just fine. Any reason the mesh filters in the objects that are in the object pool in the ArcGIS renderer are not able to be found with this default unity function?
