When I try to login through the esri extension the extension window just goes black. Have tried uninstalling and re installing

Thanks for reaching out. Any chance you are using Illustrator version 25.3? Is it related to this post.

An update to support Illustrator version 25.3 and later is now available for windows. From other feedback this addresses the blank login screen issue for other users. Please see this article for more info and install instructions. Hope this helps.
