ArcGIS does not load after enterprise login

After I login with my enterprise credentials, the extension doe not load. I get a blank page after logging in.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both illustrator and the extension. Nothing works. I am using illustrator 24.0.1

Hello Isabel,

 

Thank you for reporting the problem. Can you provide a screenshot of your enterprise login page in the app? We find a problem of ArcGIS enterprise login configured with Azure or Windows active directory and is currently working on a fix. The fix will be in our next release coming soon.
