hello i cant draw the map and presets now showing on MAC .. i cant even click on OK

its keep calculated and now showing presets

i even downloaded old version of illustrator 2023 and still same problem 

my Macbook pro 16 M2 Max 64ram

Any help would be greatly appreciated since I am stuck

We have tried your steps in our macOS silicon environment but were not able to reproduce the issue in-house. To further investigate the problem, could you please share some more information about your system:

- The version and language of your macOS.

- The version (v28.5?)., language (en?), and installation location of your Illustrator.
