Create Smooth Polygons from Raster

Below is a map I created with kriging. I am interested to create smooth polygons along the trends. Can someone direct me to where I go for help in doing this? When I reclassify, or covert to polygon, I end up with a tangled mess. I can see trends, but don't know how to derive smooth polygons around the trends in Arc. Thanks kindly for any assistance!
