Couldn't create ICAO Annex 15 OIS

Hi everyone!

I'm currently deriving an OIS for a runway with ICAO Annex 15 specification and I keep getting this error.

I've tried changing the output types to TIN, polygon, etc. but this error keeps on happening. I'm using ver 10.3 with Charting Patch 2 applied. The tool works for other specifications like ICAO Annex 14, except for Annex 15.

Hope someone could give me an idea why this is happening.
