We use a text field called Label_Txt as output for the labels using Calculated Fields with the tool Calculate Visual Specifications. Sometimes it's works, but sometimes we get error message Can not apply changes to Cartolayer. COM error: "Odefinierat fel".
We have got the advise to use another field name for example Label1_Txt and this works for this instance, but on the next map instance this new field doesn't work either. I can not change to a new field name for each time I want to make a new map so what is the problem with those label fields?
Our database is stored in ArcSDE an we use 10.0.
