World Terrestrial Ecosystems layer issues with rendering

Hi all. I use the World Terrestrial Ecosystems layer on the Living Atlas from time to time but I've had a lot of issues with it not rendering correctly. This happens both in the online Map Viewer and in ArcGIS Pro. Sometimes only a narrow band will draw and sometimes it doesn't draw at all at certain scales. For example, the data will appear but then disappear when zooming in, then appear again when zooming in further. I used this layer as the background for a map recently but I eventually had to download a local copy because the online version was so inconsistent in whether or not it would draw. I'm not sure if there's something up on my end or of it's a problem for others. Is anyone else seeing this behavior? If so, perhaps the Living Atlas team can look into it. If not, any ideas for what might be causing the issue for me?

Hi Chris,

I suspect this is a restriction of the image service properties for MaxRows and MaxColumns.  Those will limit the extent of the pixels a request can display.  In the documentation for the layer, there are links to a Pro Package that can be downloaded to use locally in ArcGIS Pro.
