Living Atlas Diversity Index, no Filter tool

Hi,

It appears that some layers in the Living Atlas, such as the USA Diversity Index and USA Median Household Income no longer show the filter button, show table button, change symbol button, etc. When hovering/clicking on the layer, only the legend shows.

Is this an error, or a permanent change to the layers?

Are you still experiencing this issue? We have not been able to reproduce, and believe this was resolved shortly after the most recent December 2018 ArcGIS Online release. Let me know!

Yes, it appears to be working now. My students must have caught it just at the wrong time.
