I created a web app with the ArcGIS Web Appbuilder, and what I notice is that sometimes a layer I've added will disappear. An example is the "USA Wetlands" feature layer from Esri's Living Atlas. Most of the times it is there in my web map, but in the times it does not appear, it seems like I have to reload my map a couple of times just to get it to appear.
Why does this happen and how do I prevent from happening?
