Hi ,

I have been trying to download Imagery data from Earth Observation Explorer but it just does not download. Please assist on this.

Are you trying to download the default image? Are you logged in with ArcGIS Online Organizational account?

Try choosing a smaller AOI.

Opening the downloaded TIFF file in ArcGIS Pro.

Hi, sorry to hear that you are having issues. If you can provide some additional information it will help to try to reproduce and resolve your issue.

What is the nature of the issue? Does the app crash, get hung up, appear to finish but no result, etc.

What imagery are you trying to download: Sentinel-2 or Landsat 8?

What are your export parameters? Probably easiest to provide a screenshot of your Image Export window so we can see exactly what you have specified for export.

What is the extent of the imagery you are trying to download? Perhaps a screenshot of your entire map view window/AOI along with a description of the location.

Hi,

The App does seem to execute for my selected AOI , there is no result. I am interested in Landsat Imagery

I will provide insight on the screenshots below.
