Public Notification Search Source HTTPS only Error

I was updated an existing Instant app on ArcGIS Online and now my existing Geocode Server REST URL is not working in the app. I also can't add any a REST URL layer to the search source. Everything is HTTPS and I'm still getting this error, "Please enter a valid URL for a locator source. Link protocol must be HTTPS only."
Thoughts?
