You can adjust the fields order/visibility in the web map using Map Viewer or you can use the layer options in the Manager configuration. If you go to the Interactivity section > Layer options > You can select the layer you want to adjust the fields for.

Thank you, Sarah! The Layer Options in the app worked perfectly.
One other question for you: it looks like this app does not support URL parameters for opening the app with a record selected. Is there any plans for this in the future? -- We are using a webhook (Power Automate) to email staff when a new request is submitted in the Citizen Reporter, and it would be powerful to include a URL for opening the app to the specific request.
