Exhibit Instant App not showing all features on imported map

I'm trying to create an Exhibit Instant App (in place of the Presentation feature that's in deprecation & recommended by Esri https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000027297).

However, the map that I'm importing appears currently in the import window, but is missing the main feature in the app window. Here's the map and I've attached a screenshot of the app builder space.

I hope someone can help me; I'm stumped.

You have to create a route layer in Map Viewer. The route layer from Classic Map Viewer didn't transfer over.

Click the "Add" button in the top left corner and select "Route"

Then add the specific route you want and it'll work like you expect with that route layer being added.
