It would be very helpful if a cover page could be toggled on or off based on a value from a table in the webmap that is used in an instant app.
I need to manually go in each time and toggle it on or off depending if there is a current snow emergency, but if the value in a field is Active, don't show cover page. If the value in a field is Past, then show cover page...
