Search by Address/Generate Report in ArcGIS Insights

I am wondering if Insights has the ability to search for a property by address then generate a report based on a spatial analysis. Specifically, I want to generate a report that tells me whether an address is within a half mile of a transit line, what census tract it falls into, and the land use composition of the neighborhood (defined as a polygon) it is in. I know I could create this in Instant Apps and Dashboard, but I would like to connect to my organization's Feature Services so the data is more up-to-date with the ability to conduct the selection by location and summarize within on the fly.

Hi Stem,
I believe you can bring your transit layer into a map card, use the buffer analysis to create a buffer around the line, and spatial filter on your address layer to find addresses within the buffer distance. Once you set it up, the data should update when your layers do.
