Hi,

For various reasons i only recently got my insights desktop upgraded to the new version, enterprise is still previous 2021 version, and noticed something weird with the heat maps in one of my dashboards which is making me reconsider upgrading enterprise.  the old heat map looks like this

and the upgraded one like this

i am assuming the way the heat map shows density has changed.  is there a way to filter out the lowest values, i am not interested in them showing in the map, just the hot spots.

Thanks,

Laura

Hi @LauraBecht We have changed our maps, at the last release.  ArcGIS Insights now uses the same mapping technology as is available across ArcGIS, for example the web map viewer.  For the most part you should not see changes as we did our best to fold in the Insights functions but, this is one where we you see some difference.

To remove the lower values, I recommend you use a filter or you could run the density analysis tool where you will have more control over the final visualization.

Thank you Linda, I guess I will just have to figure out how to adjust it.
