If you have ever tried to use the data clock in ArcGIS Insights, you will see that it defaults to UTC.
This can shift your data and produce incorrect results.
In our case, our data is in EST and the data clock shifts by 5 hours due to UTC.
It would be nice if ArcGIS Insights could alter data clocks to account for the proper time zone instead of using UTC.
Or have a way to add or subtract time from the UTC time.
