Clear logging Insights for ArcGIS

When using Insights for ArcGIS 2.0, there can be log messages that only say "Something went wrong". To understand what exactly is the problem, one should check the logging of ArcGIS Server in the Server Manager.

Of course this is not very user friendly and not even possible for most users.

Please integrate these error messages in the Insights GUI for better feedback of the actual errors.
