Add ability to apply filters to published cards

When publishing the insights page, the filters don't appear in the cards.

Thanks for reaching out. You're right that individual card filters don't publish, necessarily. However, one workaround is to create a "Predefined Filter" on the page, so users can filter the data themselves. Create a predefined filter.

Hopefully this resolves the problem. If not, I'd like to hear more. I'll bring your request up with the team.
