Popups in Indoors Mobile App
Can anyone explain to me how the pop ups work in the Indoors Mobile app?
I have tried so many things to get pop ups to appear for our Units layer and nothing seems to work. They are enabled, configured, and the layer is selectable in the map before publishing. While I have never been able to get pop ups to work for the Unit's layer, popups will occasionally appear for other layers in which we do NOT have pop ups enabled, configured or selectable in the map (pop up just lists all the fields). This is an issue on both iOS and Android devices, although I have never seen a pop up for any layer on my Android device, even when the same feature will show a pop up on iOS. Below are some screenshots of what currently appears:
All that displays is the popup title and what appears to be the subtitle from the Categories I have configured. The pop up is configured as text to say "{NAME}
Room {ROOM_NUMBER}, Building {FACILITY_NAME}"
The only layer on top of the Unit's layer is the details layer, so that should not be interfering with the pop ups.
I am publishing the map in Pro 3.5.2, but have had this issue since at least some version of 3.4. We are using the Indoors Mobile app (not Classic) again on multiple iOS (18.6) and Android (16) devices, including Google Pixels and Samsung Galaxies.
