We have Hotel offices setup with multiple desks, is there a way for two people to book the same room? Or do I need to split the rooms.

Hi,

We are using O365 as the reservation mechanism and there is a tag for capacity that can be enabled to allow for more than one reservation at a time. I imagine if you are staying entirely in the Esri stack for reservations (not using O365) that the attribute on the Units table for Capacity would act in a similar way but we are not using the Esri Reservations method so I cant be for certain. Hope this helps.

Thanks, yes we are using the reservations layer, it seems capacity is only an attribute used in identifying meeting room capacity.

Hello @Leo_GTRI office hotel booking was meant for single occupancy units when originally developed with social distancing in mind. So, more than one person cannot book the same room when using the Reservations layer. I would suggest you post this in the Ideas site and we can bring it in to our product plan. Thanks for your contribution!

Hi Tomas, Does the O365 version allow you to sync bi-directionally to Indoors?  For instance booking a room in Outlook syncs to indoors?
