ArcGIS Pro 2.6 Crashing When Using Indoors Tools

Hi everyone,

I recently updated our ArcGIS Pro to 2.6. When attempting to run Create Indoors (or any Indoors tool) the app crashes immediately, displaying only: "Application has stopped working."

I had previously run through the process with 2.5 and have web apps stood up as well.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Pro but still see the same error. Is there anything I should be looking for that may have changed since the update? Any file paths that should have any particular content?

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hi Alyssa,

I have a few questions that may help me better understand what's going on, I've added them below:

  • Does this fgdb have data already in it?
  • Is the fgdb stored locally or on a network drive?
  • Was Indoors for ArcGIS Pro 2.5 uninstalled before you upgraded to 2.6? 
  • Was there a crash report generated/did you submit the crash report? 
  • Have you noticed the crashing with any other tools, or just the Indoors tools?
